Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada tells KNIA/KRLS news 35 year-old Kimberly Kay Murphy was a passenger in a car stopped for a traffic violation Saturday afternoon. After the stop, Losada says the driver consented to a search of the vehicle at which time contraband was found which lead to Murphy’s arrest.
