The Red Rock Arts Alliance continues Art on the Market on Saturday, but this week’s event is a little different. A Mini Kids Carnival will be held on the downtown square during the Knoxville Farmer’s Market Saturday morning where children are invited to come and make balloon animals, get their face painted and watch Police Chief Dan Losada show off his juggling skills. The Mini Kids Carnival will take place on the square in Knoxville from 9am until 12pm and is open to the public.
