The post season Regional tournament pairings for high school volleyball have been announced.

In Class 3A Pella hopes to make their fifth straight appearance in the state tournament and will not have to travel far with their first two rounds at home and the Regional final at Knoxville. Pella will host Carlisle October 25th at 7pm, then host Saydel or Norwalk October 28th in the semi finals. Knoxville is in the top half of that same bracket and will travel to Chariton to face the Chargers in their opener October 25th then head To Winterset for their Regional semifinal against either Winterset or Creston October 28th. The Regional Final is scheduled to be at Knoxville November 2nd, however if Knoxville advances there would be a site change.

In Class 2A, Pella Christian is looking for their fourth straight state tournament berth and also stays close to home hosting Albia October 19th, then Eddyville Blakesburg or Pekin in the quarterfinals October 26th, their Regional semifinal will be played at Bloomfield October 29th. PCM and Pleasantville are both in the upper half of that bracket. PCM opens at Bondurant Farrar while Pleasantville is at Des Moines Christian. The Regional semifinal is at Bondurant October 29th while the finals are scheduled to be played in Pleasantville November 2nd.

In Class 1A, Melcher Dallas will host Martensdale St Mary’s will Twin Cedars plays host to Moravia both on October 20th.
