The National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum will continue their “Sprint Car 101” Third Thursday series this week as they honor a hall of fame motorcycle racer. The “Salute to Flat-Track Motorcycle Racer John Tibben” event will be held Thursday evening on the second floor of the Sprint Car Hall of Fame. Tibben is a member of the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) Hall of Fame and lives in Victor, IA. The special program falls on the eve of the Classic Flat Track National Championship Series and AMA Pro Flat Track Grand National Championships at the Knoxville Raceway this evening. The “Sprint Car 101” event will be at 7pm and is free and open to the public.
