Work has began today on the roof of the Pella Public Safety Complex to help insulate the building. Brian Krumm with Academy Roofing and Sheet Metal says that the project should take 8-10 working days and the contract for the roof replacement over the Public Safety Complex is $220,000. Academy Roofing and Sheet Metal is also working on the roof at the indoor pool in Pella.
