Kayleen Vander Veen, quality control supervisor in dining services at Central College, was one of 16 new students to enter the highly successful Culinary Enrichment and Innovation Program (CEIP). CEIP is a colaboration between the Culinary Institute of America and Hormel Foods. The 18 month course will begin early next year following the graduation of the inaugural class. Members were inducted Oct. 19 at CIA’s Hyde Park campus in New York.
