Central College Volleyball libero Chelsea Grieger (junior, Pella) and women’s golfer Ali Miller received Iowa Conference player of the week honors.

Last week, Grieger averaged 20.4 digs as the Dutch posted a 3-2 mark. She was named to the all-tournament team at the IIAC-MIAC border battle. Miller fired back-to-back career-low rounds of 80-76 and holds a three-shot lead at 156 in the medalist standings of the 72-hole conference tournament. Teammate Kaurie Kincaid (sophomore, Knoxville) is tied for second at 77-82-159. The final two rounds of the conference tournament are set for Centennial Oaks Golf Course in Waverly Friday and Saturday. Central stands a surprising second in the team standings at 658, four shots behind nationally ranked Wartburg.
