A group of Knoxville High School students will be trick-or-treating for a good cause this weekend. During Beggar’s Night in Knoxville students will be going door to door asking for canned food donations for the Helping Hands Food Pantry. According to Chuck Galeazzi at Helping Hands, the number of families receiving food from their pantry is up significantly right now as 346 families have stopped by in the past week, which approximately 40 more than normal. The students will be trick-or-treating from 5:30-8:30pm Saturday and there will be a truck set up at Celebrate Community Church where residents can drop off donations as well.
