One person was transported to Pella Regional Health Center after an accident on Washington St. at Highway 163 on Tuesday afternoon. Lacy Ruby-Bollman of New Sharon was traveling Westbound when her vehicle struck the vehicle of Wilbur Rozenberg of Pella. One passenger was transported to Pella Regional Health Center with minor injuries. Ruby-Bollman was cited with failure to maintain control. Pella Police, Pella Ambulance, Pella Fire and Iowa State Patrol were on the scene.
