For the fourth straight year, the Pella volleyball team went to the Newton Invitational and brought home the title on Saturday.

The 5th ranked Lady Dutch went 6-0 on the day in matches and finished 12-0 in games sweeping Carlisle, Boone, Knoxville, Eddyville Blakesburg, Newton and Harlan to win their first tournament of the year.

Pella is now 21-5 on the year and has a busy week ahead as they host Grinnell tomorrow night, a highly anticipated showdown at cross town rivals Pella Christian Thursday night, then finish off the week hosting the Pella Invitational on Saturday.
