Local volleyball fans will be treated to some exciting volleyball today as Pella hosts the Pella Invitational.

In addition to Pella, who’s ranked fifth in Class 3A, PCM, Knoxville, North Mahaska, Jefferson Scranton and Mediapolis who’s second ranked in Class 2A will be competing. Pella coach Bob Fessler says they’re looking forward to an exciting day of volleyball in the comfort of their home gym in front of their home fans. Action starts at 9am and games will be played in both gyms at Pella High School.
