The republican party has been busy as election time approaches. Marion County Republican Chairperson Irene Blom tells KNIA/KRLS that they will be opening a county Republican Headquarters at Westport in Pella. There will be a ribbon cutting for the new Headquarters this Saturday at 10:30am. Blom also adds that Republican Candidate for the 3rd Congressional Seat, Brad Zaun will be at the Pella Pizza Ranch on Monday, October 11th from 5-7pm for a fundraiser.
