A 23 year-old Knoxville man who was charged with burglary in Knoxville in September has plead guilty and will pay fines. Patrick William Roberts submitted a written guilty plea on September 24th and ordered to pay a $625 fine and restitution. Roberts broke into a storage room at Becker Power Sports on September 6th and stole tools that were then used to pry open the door of the can redemption center. He was caught in the act and arrested for burglary in the third degree and possession of burglar’s tools.
