At the Iowa Women of Innovation event on November 11th, two Pella Corporation employees were honored for their leadership in science and technology. Teri Lancaster, Pella Corporation’s Information Technology Manager of Customer Relationship Management Systems earned the Large Company Innovation and Leadership Technology award and Gina Singer, the Corporate Kaizen Promotion Office Manager was a finalist in the Large Company Innovation and Leadership Science division. The two Pella Corporation team members were among more than 40 Iowa women honored at the event.
