The City of Pella will be offering the “Tour of stores” on Monday to give shoppers a chance to see new gift ideas. The annual event begins at 4:30pm at the Pella Opera House with the Festival of Trees. Sinterklaas will be on hand and carriage rides will take place beginning in front of the opera house. The stores downtown will stay open until 8pm Monday night.
