Tickets for this year’s Tulip Queen Announcement Party will go on sale on Thursday at 4:30pm. 2011 Tulip Time Chairperson Sue Youngman says that tickets can be purchased for $5 at the Scholte Church until 6:00 on Thursday. A maximum of 12 will be allowed to each person. Any remaining tickets will be on sale at the Pella Historical Business office on Friday and Saturday from 9am-noon and Monday and Tuesday of next week from 9am-3:30pm. The announcement party will be held in the Vermeer Auditorium at Pella Christian High School on November 9th with doors opening at 6:30.
