Tonight will be an important one for both basketball programs at Central College, as the women and men begin the Iowa Conference slate on the road.  The Central women have started fairly strong in non-conference play, already winning more games than they won all last season; while on the men’s side, the Dutch have had some ups-and-downs and carry a 2-3 record into the conference opener.  

The women’s and men’s doubleheader is at Dubuque, as Central takes on Loras College, starting at 6:00 pm tonight.  The Central men and women are both coming off of lopsided losses over the holiday weekend.
