Central College football player Cory Nikkel has been chosen for a special athlete profile on the NCAA’s official website.  As previously reported by KNIA/KRLS, Nikkel is preparing for a mission trip to Australia in the spring. 

The former Pella Christian standout is in his junior year at Central and has previously been involved in service projects in Mexico and Peru; as well as closer to home.  Nikkel was profiled by Kristin Porter, the associate director of digital communications at the NCAA and will also be providing a monthly update on his trip to Australia on the NCAA’s website.
