Earlier this week, Pella School Board Vice-President Joan Corbin was elected as a board member of the Iowa Association of School Boards. Pella Schools Superintendent Mark Wittmer says that Joan will be the only representative from District 8 and he thinks that she will do a great job in this position. Joan was elected to serve on the IASB at the Pella and Knoxville School Board meetings on Monday. Joan was uncontested in both elections.
