According to Knoxville Public Works Director Jeff May a section of road in Knoxville that has been closed this fall will reopen today.  May says the relief storm sewer pipe installation that delayed the opening of Madison Street and Dayton Street is now finished, the concrete has been replaced and reached maturity.  The exact reopening is not known but May says it will be opened by the end of the day today.
