The Pella City Council will meet in regular session Tuesday evening. Items on the agenda include a resolution adopting the utility billing policy, a resolution amending the ground lease agreement with R&R Management Company and the setting of a public hearing date for the annual budget. A policy and planning meeting will follow the regular council meeting to discuss the Marion County planning and zoning agreement and a local option sales tax. The meeting will take place at the Public Safety Complex at 7pm.
