Winter beekeeping classes continue in Knoxville this evening. The annual course is hosted by the Marion County Extension Office, Mahaska County Extension, and Back to Basics Bee Club.  Attendees will learn how to start a beehive and the importance of bees in our environment.  Classes are held each Tuesday at 6:30pm at the Trabert Center in Knoxville until March 1st.  No pre-registration is required and the cost to attend is a $30 fee to cover books and materials.  For more information call Craig Greene at 842-2112.
