A Marion County man recently won the top prize in an Iowa Lottery instant scratch game. Wendell Clark of Bussey purchased a “Cool Cash” game ticket at Katy-Did’s General Store in Bussey. Once it was scratched, Clark realized it was his lucky day and he had won the $10,000 top prize. The odds of winning the top prize on the $2 “Cool Cash” game are one in 60,000.
