The City of Pella will test its outdoor warning system this weekend.Pella Police Department Communications Supervisor Marcia Slycord tells KNIA/KRLS News that the test will take place at noon on Saturday and is part of their regular test schedule that takes place on the first Saturday of every month. Slycord says that the outdoor warning system isn’t designed to be audible indoors, but if you are outside do not be alarmed. The City of Pella has eight warning sirens located in different parts of the community.
