The reigning female comedian of the year will be performing in Pella Thursday evening. Etta May brings her act “Dr. Etta, Family Specialist” to the Pella Opera House for one night. May, who has relatives from Pella, says she enjoys the intimate setting of smaller venues like the Opera House. Tickets are available at the Pella Opera House box office for 18 dollars. Doors open Thursday night at 6:30 pm.
