The Lady Dutch earned a tough win Saturday with a 51-45 victory over Washington.

The girls withstood a late rally in the 4th quarter to win their 8th straight. Makenzie Vander Molen lit it up with 28 points, including 3 three-pointers. Hali Steenhoek had 7 points with a monster game on the boards, pulling down 13 rebounds.

With the win Pella improved to 12-3 overall with a 9-1 conference record. The Lady Dutch travel to South Tama on Tuesday for a game that pits the top two teams in the conference against each other.
