New Pella Chamber of Commerce President Margaret Ratcliff already has big plans for the coming year. Ratcliff says the goal for the Chamber this year is to provide educational opportunities for local business owners and better facilitate communication between the business community and the Chamber.  She says the group has focused on a few ways to reach those goals.  One is to invite business leaders to monthly luncheons with leaders in state government.  She says the other goal, education, will take form with things like workshops where Chamber members can learn more about topics such as web-based marketing.
