With the holiday break over, Pella Christian is ready to hit the hardwood. They’ll travel to South Tama Tuesday. The boys are 2-1 in Little Hawkeye Conference play, with their only loss coming before the holiday break to Grinnell. The girls, meanwhile, remain undefeated with a record of 2-0.

Eagles boys head coach Larry Hessing says the boys worked on alternate defenses over the break. He also added some of the younger guys worked on learning all of the “specials” in the halfcourt, man-to-man and zone defenses.
