Employees at Pella Corporation held their annual chili cookoff competition Thursday. The event drew 35 entries and more than 100 attendees. The event serves as a fundraiser for Type-1 diabetes research. Since its inception in 2004 event has raised more than $1.7 million for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
