The Lady Dutch pulled out a close win Thursday night against Grinnell 43-39. With the win Pella improved to 10-2 on the year with an 8-1 conference record.

Coach Jerod Garland said it wasn’t their best game, but they survived a good fight from Grinnell. Makenzie Vander Molen led the team with 15 points, including an impressive 8 points in the final 60 seconds of regulation. Kelsey Fynaardt added 8 points in the vital conference win for Pella.

Pella plays Oskaloosa tonight.
