The City of Pella Public Works has announced several road closures this week for tree removals. Work is being performed at the corner of Franklin and Broadway, limiting traffic to one lane. Work is also being done on Oskaloosa Street between Broadway and Main, closing that road.  If the work is completed as scheduled, both roads should be open by 3:30 pm Tuesday.  On Wednesday, the following roads will be closed at 8 am.  Liberty Street between West 2nd and West 4th and also West 3rd Street between Franklin and Union.  Those roads are also scheduled to reopen at 3:30 pm if all work is completed.
