Pella Regional Health Center has geared up for National Heart Disease Awareness Month in February.  Throughout the month, the health center is sponsoring different events to help raise awareness of heart disease, which is a leading cause of death in the United States.  Sherrilynn Nickell, a Registered Nurse at Pella Regional says screenings will be available from the HeartReach Mobile Lab to give people diagnostic information they can then take to their doctor.    Nickell says the information is vital to maintaining or improving cardiovascular health.  The mobile lab will be at Pella Regional February 2nd and 3rd.
