The South Central Iowa Solid Waste Agency recently approved a new fee structure at their latest board meeting. Sara Bixby, Director of the organization says the board elected to increase processing fees by $2, from $38 per ton to $40 per ton.  Bixby says the additional fees will help offset rising operating costs for items like fuel and personnel costs.  The new pricing goes into effect July 1st.
