A class action law suit against Pella Corporation and its line of Pro-Line Casement Windows, manufactured from 1991-2009, will go forward following a procedural ruling today by the United States Supreme Court. Kathy Krafka-Harkema with Pella Corporate Public Relations says no judgement has been made at this time for or against Pella Corporation and that a class has been certified and the case may move through the court system.  Krafka-Harkema says Pella Corporation is confident that the case is without merit and they will continure to state their case and work through the legal process.
