There was a big turnout for the annual Red Rock Red Nosed Ice Fishing Tournament last weekend. Matt Kissinger with the Lake Red Rock Association says the event grew in attendance this year, with 131 teams competing. The winning team of Justin and Dave Hampel took the top prize by catching 218 fish, weighing in at just over 48 pounds. The smallest fish was angled by 5 year old Ja-lyn Knutson of Melcher-Dallas, and weighed in at 2/100ths of pound, or just under 10 grams. Kissinger says a total of 2,418 fish were caught and released at this years event.
