The Pella City Council convened Tuesday night despite blizzard conditions. The council approved the public hearing date as February 15th for amendments to the fiscal year 2010-2011 budget. Also approved was the date of March 1st for a public hearing for fiscal year 2011-2012 budget. The council also discussed a community board services merger, and looked at a new city website design. The council will have until April 15th to give final approval and decide on content.
