A Knoxville man, currently on probation for a controlled substance violation, was arrested again this week. 25 year-old Jason Ryan Ross Horn was arrested by the Knoxville Police Department Thursday on a Marion County warrant for violating his probation and there is also a warrant out for his arrest in Centerville for drug charges. He had an initial appearance before a judge Friday and is currently being held in the Marion County jail on a $10,000 bond.

Horn received a deferred judgment in July after pleading guilty to a controlled substance violation that stemmed from a September 2009 arrest where officers found items used to manufacture methamphetamine.
