Area residents now have a new choice when looking for a place to dine out. Rick’s Sports Diner opened for business bright and early Monday morning. The new restaurant is located at 119 W. Main Street in Knoxville and offers several breakfast and lunch options. Mayor Don Zoutte says its always good news when a new business opens up in the area and any money spent locally helps improve services in the city. Zoutte says we’re fortunate to have a wide variety of restaurants in Knoxville that helps attract both local and out of town patrons and he is excited to welcome Rick’s to town.
