Four Central College wrestlers were released with minor injuries after being taken to the hospital following an accident last Saturday evening. The accident occured when the team’s van, driven by Assistant Coach Robert Kuennen encountered a patch of black ice on US Highway 151 while returning from a tournament at Loras College in Dubuque. Central College Spokesperson Abby Gonzales tells KNIA/KRLS News the students and drivers were taken by ambulance to a hospital in Dubuque, where all were later released. No serious injuries were reported.
