The Pella Christian boys will attempt to move one step closer to a State Tournament berth when they take to the court tonight against Davis County in the Class 2-A District 13 finals in Oskaloosa.
The Eagles are 18-5 following their 66-44 win last Saturday against Pekin; while the Mustangs are 19-3 after defeating Van Buren. The two teams share a handful of wins over common opponents, but Davis County’s shiny record has one small blemish, as their most recent loss came to an Eddyville-Blakesburg squad that Pella Christian roasted by 40 points in the tournament opener.

You can hear tonight’s Class 2-A District Tournament final between the Pella Christian and Davis County boys streamed live on with Eric Gotschall and Wynne Veenstra providing the call.

Coverage from Oskaloosa begins at 6:45 p.m., with tip-off between the Eagles and the Mustangs set for 7:00 p.m.
