Behind an impressive performance from Paige Engbers, the Pella Christian girls basketball team closed out the regular season in fine fashion; with a 65-32 win over Norwalk last night.  Engbers knocked down four 3-pointers on her way to a game-high 16 points, while also corralling 8 rebounds.

Tayler Stursma and Jasmin Schelhaas added 11 and 10 points, respectively; and Cali Vink had an all-around performance that included 8 points, 8 steals and 7 assists.

The Lady Eagles finish the season in third place in the Little Hawkeye Conference with an 11-3 record, and are 16-4 overall entering Saturday’s opening round of the tournament against Pekin.
