State Representative Jim Van Engelenhoven says the budget process is quickly moving forward. He says tough decisions will have to made this session to leave with a balanced budget. He says he intends to work on prioritizing what the important budget items are, and work with colleagues to cut unnecessary spending to avoid tax increases.
