The season opener for the Knoxville Girls Track and Field Squad is today as the Panthers travel to the Clarke Invitational. Coach Jeremy Van Engen is pleased with the progress his team has made in preseason. He has been very pleased with the middle distance races as Lydia Anderson has sliced several seconds from her 800 from a year ago. Van Engen is still looking at different girls in key events just to see who will nail down an event.
