The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has posted a request for expressions for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Knoxville. According to the posting on the Federal Business Opportunities website the lease must be for a space of at least 12,385 usable square feet, preferably on one floor, with a minimum of 105 parking spaces adjacent to the building with all areas meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. Interested parties are asked to submit general information such as the building name, address and age, total rentable square feet, rental rate, scaled building plans and evidence that the property is outside the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 4pm April 4th.
