Diners in Pella have a fresh option at the Tulip Garden, 313 East Oskaloosa Street. The family-style restaurant opened last week. Owner Frank Bayram says he’s wanted to open a restaurant in Pella for some time, and when the property between Hy-Vee and Theisen’s became available, he says it was opportunity he couldn’t pass up. The Tulip Garden serves a wide variety sandwiches, burgers, seafood, with breakfast available all day.
