Work on the pella public pool is going smoothly, and should be completed this spring. The current project includes replacement of 26 underwater lights at the facility. City Administrative Services Director Jenny Hesseltine says it took M&M Enterprises of Sigourney some time to develop a process to replace the lights, but now that that process is in place, work on the $744,000 project should finish on schedule.
