The first of the year’s Habitat For Humanity projects are scheduled.

Lisa Houser, Executive Director for Marion County Habitat For Humanity says construction will start on two new homes in May.

The homes will go up side-by-side at 301 and 305 West Marion Street in Knoxville. Houser says after foundations are finished, volunteers will begin work the first weekend in May. Individuals or groups interested in volunteering should call 828-8844.
