A popular movement in the house to recquire voters prove their identification before casting a ballot would help curtail any problems with voter fraud, says State Representative Jim Van Engelenhoven. He says that most people have come to expect to present an ID at the polls. Van Engelenhoven says though the move could increase the work load for Auditors around the state, he says it would likely only be minimal and for a brief period during election years.
