The south Casey’s General Store in Knoxville has recently undergone a remodel project and is holding a grand re-opening celebration this week. At 10am Friday the Knoxville Chamber Ambassadors will honor the convenience store with a ribbon cutting and a variety of specials will be offered at the location all day. The store, which first opened in Knoxville 20 years ago now offers expanded services such as a walk-in beer cooler and submarine sandwich shop.
