Another speaker has been announced for tomorrow’s committee meeting of the Marion County Republicans.

Chairperson Irene Blom tells KNIA/KRLS News that a member of a private group “testing the waters” for a possible presidential run by former Alaska governor Sarah Palin will be on hand.

Blom says the group is not affiliated with Palin, but is on a grassroots effort to gauge interest in Palin as a candidate.

Also speaking will be Pella City Council member Jim Mueller.

The meeting is open to the public, and takes place at 7 pm tomorrow at High Points Apartments, 340 East 13th Street in Pella.
